Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Hedeya account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
